Graduated from Keio University. Tama Graduate School MBA. Having spent six years in Singapore at Information Services International-Dentsu, Inc., he keenly felt the weakness of Japan's ability to formulate rules. In 2018, he founded OSINTech Inc. and is its representative director. He is also a visiting professor at Kobe Institute of Computing. Invented RuleWatcher, which automatically collects public primary information on environment and human rights. Certified as one of the Global TOP 100 by the UNESCO Artificial Intelligence Division in 2021. In 2022, he established Tankyu Intelligence Center, a research and education department for enhancing insight into international trends.
