OSINTech Inc. (Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, CEO Masato Oda) has started providing its online platform RuleWatcher® to the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) Water and Energy Sector (Austria)* for evaluation and verification of the effectiveness of information utilization and various functions.
UNOPS conducts development assistance projects in various parts of the world and collects information from time to time on the policies of target countries and the procurement of goods and technologies required for development assistance. However, since the information is transmitted in multiple languages, it requires a great deal of effort to collect it.
OSINTech's RuleWatcher® has been recognized as having the potential to contribute to solving the problems of UNOPS, since it can handle multilingual information sent out by governments and other organizations in a unified manner.
Therefore, we will identify and add new crawling targets (information sources) for UNOPS in the field of water and energy, and set up search tags and visualization for RuleWatcher®.
Through the trial use of RuleWatcher®, UNOPS will evaluate the reduction of information gathering labor and the improvement of information sharing within the organization, and will also evaluate the possibility of applying RuleWatcher® to other fields and regions not covered by this demonstration.
Period :
Until October 2021 (planned)
