Lecture at Kobe Institute of Computing (KIC), Graduate School of Information Technology for JICA Trainees, using RuleWatcher

OSINTech Inc. held a lecture within the ICT-specialized program by JICA(Japan International Cooperation Agency）to 15 trainees from different area of the globe, focusing on intelligence and application of RuleWatcher on their research tasks.

It was a fruitful time since everyone shared deep thought and had critical view towards the design / concept / inclusivity of RuleWatcher, and policy on database.
